I had a great stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Comfortable beds and a clean environment made it enjoyable. The shower pressure was excellent, and I appreciated the air conditioning after a hot day. Breakfast was good, and the staff was cute. 👍

Decent location near key spots. Some rooms have that classic feel, with potential if given a refresh.

Television issues plagued my stay. had to fix it myself since no maintenance was available. The bathroom left much to be desired with a broken toilet paper fixture and a moldy tile above the shower head. Loud A/C units made it uncomfortable. Other rooms appeared cramped with limited space for personal items, and you could hear neighboring guests a bit too well.

The breakfast was an absolute highlight—those omelets were a hit, and my Queen Room was super clean and cozy! I also appreciated the air conditioning after a hot day.

The hotel was conveniently located near several

shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was very attentive, particularly the manager who ensured all guests were happy. However, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of an elevator, which could be an issue for those with mobility challenges.

Staff seemed indifferent and breakfast was disappointing, with expired milk and a malfunctioning pancake maker. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming at times.

Bathroom layout awkward with small sink area!!! A/C unit noisy, leading to restless nights!!! Hallways need fresh paint or updating!!! Overall, the price didn't align with the lack of amenities and room quality!!!

As a lover of road trips, I liked that the area has many outdoor activities available nearby.

i had a great stay at surestay hotel by best western. the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with tasty options. my queen room was clean and comfy, definitely exceeded my expectations during my solo trip.
